Please support me as I take an incredible journey in the fight to end breast cancer! The Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure® is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. Net proceeds from the 3-Day for the Cure are invested in breast cancer research and community programs.

In 2010, I watched my girlfriend and her team walk just over 68 miles in 3 days while I drove 200 + miles in a support vehicle. I watched 4,000 + women walk in the worst rain that San Diego had seen all year. They continued to walk, still laughing, talking, and dancing, they did so because they believed in the cause, they believed in the movement to END breast cancer for good. 

In 2011, I joined more than 5,000 people in this journey and it was amazing to be part of such a powerful movement that raises such awareness for cancer. I walked 60 miles in 3 days because I believe in finding a cure for this deadly disease.

I walk in honor of the daughters, the mothers and the grandmothers.

I walk in honor of my two uncles and my grandfather; my uncles who lost their battles to esophageal cancer and lymphoma and my grandfather who also lost his battle to esophageal cancer. 

I walk in honor of all those who lost their battle, to those fighting the battle, and to those who overcame...all types of cancer.
