Please support me as I take an amazing journey in the fight to end breast cancer! The Susan G. Komen 3-Day TM is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days.

I am determined to meet this personal challenge to honor those I love who have battled this horrible disease.  I will walk in the 3-Day in memory of my Aunt Deb Lomonaco, and in honor of her sister, my Aunt Maryann Engler.

Because of these women and their courageous fight, my family now knows that a hereditary gene mutation passed down through the generations puts us at high risk for breast and ovarian cancers.  So far, my cousin, sister and I have all tested positive for this genetic mutation, and have chosen surgeries to reduce our risk.  I walk to raise money to fund research that will provide my niece, nephew and cousins with better information and choices than I had. 

This cause is very important to me, and with my determination and your support, I know that I can do this!

Net proceeds from the 3-Day are invested in breast cancer research and community programs.
