As a BRCA 1 carrier I am passionate about finding a cure so that my children won't face the fears I have to. I lost my Grandmother Mary, Aunt Patricia and my Uncle Jim to breast cancer, all who have the BRCA 1 gene. My sons Nana Sandy is currently battling metastatic cancer and is suffering so much. I also have an Aunt who is a survivor and many clients who have thankfully survived.These are the reasons I am walking and raising money to fund the search for a cure.
