Plymouth Pit Stop, 2011
Daughters. Sisters. Mothers. Aunts. Grandmothers. Friends.
This is a cause that hits close to home. I know many women who have fought this disease - my aunt, my friend, my friend's mother, my mother's friend, my third grade teacher. Then, my sister. It is at that moment that you feel the entirety of fright and panic. It is also the moment that fosters an unwavering thought: 'this has to end.' I have decided to put this notion into action and have joined the Ta Ta Breast Cancer team to help find a cure. I salute my teammates and the millions of others who dedicate their time, money, & life to being so BOLD and proudly sporting the pink ribbon!
Help create more birthdays for the women and men of this world.
Please support me as I take an amazing journey in the fight to end breast cancer. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. Net proceeds from the 3-Day are invested in breast cancer research and community programs.
