Making an impact
|
Please support me as I take an amazing journey in the fight to end breast cancer! The Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure® is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days.
How you can make a difference:
One of the most challenging things about the Walk is fundraising. It's an important promise that we make to help fund the fight against breast cancer. But there's many ways you can donate that doesn't require money. It's actually the most valuable thing you have: Your Time.
Donate your facebook status for a week, promoting my cause. Spreading the word is something you can do for me, and you will reach people that otherwise I wouldn't have been connected with.
Baking sweets to add to a bake sale is incredibly generous.
Ask your employer to match any donations you raise.
Ask your salon, favorite restaurants, and your office if you can put out a small spare change jar with my name and information on it.
Anything can mean everything.
