The All-Crew Kick-Off is your chance to reunite with crew friends from past events and meet the newest members of our crew community. The All-Crew Kick-Off will be a little bit different than you may have experienced in previous years. This year, the All-Crew Kick-Off will begin with your crew team meeting where you will get to know the other members or your team, receive your crew T-shirts and learn about your team’s specific responsibilities.
Your arrival time and meeting location will be determined by your Crew Captain. Please confirm these important details with your Crew Captain.
Following your team meeting, your team is invited to join the rest of the mighty Philadelphia 3-Day crew as we gather to celebrate the launch of another great event. This celebration will be held at a local restaurant or bar. It will be casual, and your attendance is optional, but it promises to ignite your enthusiasm for the weekend of fun (and hard work) ahead!
Select crew teams will need to arrive earlier on Thursday to begin their crew responsibilities or help with Crew Late Check-In. Crew members who did not complete Online Check-In and those who need to re-print their credentials must come to Crew Late Check-In between 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. to complete the check-in process. Crew assigned as event drivers will also need to come to Crew Late Check-In between 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. to complete driver’s training.
Please contact your Crew Captain to confirm your scheduled arrival time and location before finalizing your travel plans. There will be no shuttles on Thursday between the All-Crew Kick-Off site and the host hotel. If you need a ride, please contact your fellow crew members or use rideshare options like Lyft or Uber or take a taxi.
The 3-Day® has a group room block at local hotels for 3-Day participants. Your hotel reservation for Friday and Saturday night will be provided by the 3-Day as part of your participation (this offer is not available for 20-mile walkers). If you wish to make a reservation for Thursday or Sunday night, please book by September 18 through the link below.
Hotel Details and Reservations
The Philadelphia 3-Day camp experience, including the Opening Ceremony, will take place entirely in the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing (201 S Christopher Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19106), with participants sleeping in that hotel as well as the Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District. If you wish to book a room at a host hotel before or after the event, Thursday or Sunday night, group rates are available if you book through the link above.
If you make a host hotel reservation for Thursday and/or Sunday evening, we cannot guarantee that all four nights will be at the same hotel or in the same hotel room. There is a possibility that you will have to move rooms between Thursday and Friday night, and/or between Saturday and Sunday night. To increase the chances of being assigned to the same hotel and room all four nights, we recommend that you and your selected roommate(s) complete online check-in as soon as possible. Once you receive your hotel assignment for Friday and Saturday night, you can book your Thursday and Sunday room at the same hotel in the same room type. Please note that hotel room availability is first come, first served basis.

Sunday night hotel reservations do not include shuttle service from the Closing Ceremony to the hotel on Sunday evening, unless you are using a SuperFundraiser Travel Ticket. You will need to purchase a shuttle pass from the Sunday Shuttle Tent at camp on Friday night from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
An important note about shuttle service: Sunday night hotel reservations do not include shuttle service from the Closing Ceremony to the hotel on Sunday evening, unless you are using a SuperFundraiser Travel Ticket. A SuperFundraiser who is utilizing their free hotel stay on Sunday evening will receive one shuttle ticket as part of their Sunday night hotel stay. Anyone who is not using a SuperFundraiser Travel Ticket, including those who plan on staying in a hotel room with a SuperFundraiser, can purchase a shuttle pass for $20 from the Sunday Shuttle Tent at camp on Friday night from 2:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Schedule for the Day:
5:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. Walkers should arrive. (Crew members: check with your captain for your arrival time.)
7:00 a.m. Opening Ceremony begins with stretching.
Plan to arrive at the Hilton Penn's Landing on Sunday between 7:15 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. and check in at the 20-mile walker table in the lobby. Breakfast will be served between 5:30 a.m. 7:45 a.m. The route will open at 7:30 a.m. and all walkers must be on the route by 8:00 a.m.
Parking at the hotel will be available as space is available for the following price:
If you park at the hotel, you will be responsible for your own transportation from the Closing Ceremony back to the hotel. We will not have a shuttle for 20-mile walkers.
Finish Line Festival & Closing Ceremony
The Finish Line Festival will open to participants and spectators at 12:00 p.m., when we will begin to welcome home the walkers and crew from their 3-Day weekend. Unlike past years, the Closing Ceremony will begin immediately after the last walker arrives at the Finish Line Festival. This could be as early as 3:30 p.m. or as late as 4:30 p.m. If you would like to see the Closing Ceremony, please ensure that you are there by 3:00 p.m.
We encourage spectators, friends and family to bring your pop-ups, shade tents, chairs and coolers to cheer the walkers in off the route. We will have a designated area for pop-ups that is very close to the walk-in arch for the festival. In order to allow everyone to see the ceremony, please do not set up pop-up tents near the stage or viewing area.
