All crew members must join us for an exciting and inspirational All-Crew Kick-Off on Thursday, October 11 at Atlanta Evergreen Marriott at Stone Mountain, 4021 Lakeview Dr., Stone Mountain, GA 30083.
The All-Crew Kick-Off is your chance to reunite with crew friends from past events and meet the newest members of our crew community. We’ll build camaraderie and share the Komen 3-Day spirit. You can also learn how to set-up event tents and canopies, use a walkie-talkie and maybe even drive a big truck. You will receive your crew t-shirts and get the chance to have your photo taken with your team. Attendance at the All-Crew Kick-Off is required for all crew members.
2:30 p.m. Driving and Navigation (for all crew members assigned as drivers or navigators)
3:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. All-Crew Huddle
3:45 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. Crew Team Meetings
Select crew teams will need to arrive earlier on Thursday to begin their crew responsibilities or help with set-up and check-in for the All-Crew Kick-Off. Please contact your Crew Captain to confirm your scheduled arrival time before finalizing your travel plans. There will be no shuttles on Thursday to or from the All-Crew Kick-Off to the host hotel. If you need a ride, please contact your fellow crew members or use rideshare options like Lyft or Uber or take a taxi.
The 3-Day® has a group room block at local hotels for 3-Day participants, which will include shuttle transportation from the hotel to the 3-Day event. All hotel reservations must be booked by September 24 through the link below.

Shuttle to Host Hotels
An important note about shuttle service: If you stay at another hotel or your room is not booked through the link above, you will not receive shuttle service. Shuttle service from the Closing Ceremony to the host hotels will be available for a $20 charge, for those who do not have a Sunday night host hotel reservation. Personal vehicles are not allowed at any 3-Day site.

Schedule for the Day:
6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. - Walkers should arrive. (Crew members: check with your captain for your arrival time.)
7:30 a.m. Opening Ceremony begins with stretching.
You may choose to tent overnight at camp at Georgia World Congress Center - Hall A (285 Andrew Young International Blvd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30313) with the rest of the 3-Day participants.
If you are staying at a host hotel under the 3-Day rate, you can take the 3-Day shuttle to camp at Georgia World Congress Center in the morning and back to the hotel on Sunday after the Closing Ceremony.
