Thinking about walking in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day®? Come on out
for a fun (and flat) 5-mile training walk that is hosted by an
experienced Komen 3-Day Training Walk Leader. Come walk and talk with
us to get all your 3-Day®questions answered. Meet some veteran
walkers and ask them all the tips and tricks for fundraising, training
and the event itself.
We will meet at Miramar Lake, near the permanent restrooms, at 7:30
a.m. and start our walk promptly at 7:45 a

Come join us for a Walk & Talk! For those who have never
participated in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day®, this is a chance to meet
experienced walkers and learn about this amazing journey. Leading us on
our 4-mile walk is Jacki P., a veteran Training Walk Leader and Team
Captain of Las Bombas AZ.
Members of our team range in age from the 20's to 60+ years, and some
are 1 to 20 year breast cancer survivors! We welcome everyone who would
like to join us.

Training Kick-Off - Lynnwood, WA

Come out and join us for the 24-week training kick-off event. The staff
of New Balance will talk to us about shoe fit, socks, clothing and
gear. You will walk away armed with all the training information to get
you started training for your 60-mile journey. This event will be
immediately followed by a 3-mile training walk to get you a jump start
on your training.
New Balance is offering 20% off ALL items in the store, including sale
prices.

Want to learn more about the 3-Day? This will be a fun way to do it.
Walk a few miles while chatting with a 3-Day staff member and veteran
walkers. We will meet up at the Road Runner Sports Store in Carlsbad at
8:00 a.m. and get walking by 8:15 a.m. Come a bit early to get signed
in and mingle with other 3-Day participants. Don't forget to bring
hydration and wear sunscreen!
