Beer tasting party with Beer and Bacon recipe competition and themed games.

Each attendee gave a suggested donation of $10 (most gave more) to enter a 6-pack for the beer tasting competition. We also asked them to bring a beer or bacon recipe for an appetizer competition. We reserved 3 bottles of each 6 pack for the tasting and the other 3 went into a cooler for general consumption. It was a blind tasting, we passed out 2oz samples of each beer and each person had a note card to rate their samples.

At the end, each person voted for their top 2 beers and appetizers. Dontated gift cards were given as prizes. We also had beer and boob themed challenges - beer cap toss, pour the perfect 12oz beer, water balloon/bra toss, name that rack powerpoint slide show, etc. It was a blast, and cost was under $25 since the guests supplied most of the beverages and food! I raised $400 and had the most fun I've ever had doing a fundraiser.
