Crop for Cancer

We invited scrapbookers, stampers and card makers to crop for the day. For an spot at a 5 to 6 ft table we asked for a $10 donation.

With the initial $10 donation, the "Croppers" got their spot at the table as well as 1 raffle ticket. Each additional raffle ticket was a $5 donation.

The room we used was donated by a church that my sister attends.

We called several local businesses and got donations for the raffle: Ice cream, an accessories shop, our local ice skating rink, a locally owned custard shop, a locally owned spa/salon all donated items for the raffle.
We also spoke to some local grocers, one donated a $20 gift card and another donated a $25 gift card - we used those to provide snacks to the croppers. We also had a local sub shop donate a platter of subs.
The crop was a great success!! We received about $600 in donations from 21 attendees.
