Join us for a fun workout hosted by The Livonia Beat. The Livonia Beat is a cardio drumming group that promotes physical movement, mental strengthening, fun, and fitness! This class allows for 16 participants and we are asking that a registered 2019 3-Day walker bring along one guest who is interested in learning about the 3-Day and possibly looking to join us in the pink bubble in August! Wendy, our instructor, will be leading the group in both cardio drumming as well as strength training during the one hour class. Please dress in workout gear, remember water or a sports drink, and be ready for some fun!! This event is RSVP only due to the limited drumming equipment available, so please RSVP as soon as possible to ensure you will get a spot! Once I receive your RSVP I will reach out to get the name of your guest! There will be light refreshments offered before and after the class.
