Komen Mission Webinar: Early Life Exposures and Risk of Breast Cancer in the Black Women's Health Study

Do early life exposures, such as a woman’s own prenatal or perinatal factors, influence her future breast cancer risk? Previous research studies seeking to answer this question have provided inconclusive evidence and have mostly been conducted among white populations.

Please join us on Wednesday, February 14 at 1pm CST as Lauren Barber, a Ph.D. student at the Boston University School of Public Health and a trainee in the Susan G. Komen Graduate Training in Disparities Research Program, discusses her background, involvement with Komen, and research on early life exposures and breast cancer risk among black women.
