The second part of your Crew Captain training for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day® is to attend a series of meetings (held over the phone) we’re calling Thursday Topics. We will be talking about 8 topics, and as crew leaders, we require you to attend at least two different call topics of your choice. This call will take place on a Thursday evening at: Walker Customer Service – How can we provide the best service and support possible to Komen 3-Day walkers during the event?
