Start your training off on the right foot! You're probably not ready to walk a 60-mile journey just yet, but our Training Kick-Off Event will get you started. You’ll feel enveloped by the inspiring Susan G. Komen 3-Day^® community and get some miles under your belt!

Meet your fellow Komen 3-Day walkers for a training walk led by one of our volunteer training walk leaders. Share your stories about past event experiences, training and fundraising. After the walk, you may receive outfitter discounts as well as training advice.

Join us for a short 3-mile training walk from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM. Then join us inside GEAR Running store for a shoe clinic. Learn about proper shoe fitting and how to treat and prevent injuries.  GEAR Running store will be open from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM specifically for Susan G. Komen 3-Day participants. Buy the shoes and gear you'll need at a special 3-Day discount of 20% on 5/3/14 only. (Excludes watches and other electronics)
