This will be my 5th Komen 3Day! I am heading back to Dallas this time around. Breast cancer awareness is a cause that I am very passionate about! Not only is my mom MaryBeth a 2 time survivor, my Aunt Linda is also a 2 time survivor, my Aunt Dianne is a survivor, my good friends Aimee and Lisa are also amazing survivors. This is a disease that has affected way too many people that I know. I do this walk so that hopefully my daughter, my nieces may never know this disease in their lifetime. I do this walk for me...I am a high-risk patient and I will do anything to help raise money for research, grants and treatments. I do this for my sister, my sister-in-law, my friends.
